Escalation
As we are not FCA-regulated and do not provide financial services, your complaint cannot be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
If your complaint is about a financial product or lender, you should contact that company directly, as they are required to provide access to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you remain dissatisfied.
